2019 SEASON TRAINING

Pre-season training will be on this week (1st April) 5-6pm Monday and Wednesday, suitable for 6yrs+. Strength and conditioning + general skill acquisition focus.
Official training will start next week (Monday 8th April) , once we have all coaching staff available.
Tiny Tots: 4.30-5.15pm Wednesdays only (at this stage)
6-9 yrs: 4.30-5.15pm Monday & Wednesday
10yrs+: 5.15-6/6.30pm Monday & Wednesday
We understand that sometimes the respective times for the 6yrs+ ages groups may not suit, so you are welcome to come to an earlier or later session.
Attendance at training is not compulsory, but it is recommended you attend at least one of the days so you gain the skills needed.
