UPDATE ON RAC TRAINING
There will be no official training for the next two weeks, however those who are running in the Mitchell Street Mile on Sunday 17th Sep should keep up some activity once they feel they are recovered from the weekend. Jogs of 2km, or more if you can, 2-3 times a week would be suitable, with some run-thrus at a faster pace over 100m at the end of your jog.
The track at Freds Pass is booked Mon and Wed arvos 4.30-6.30pm through to November for RAC, so feel free to utilise.
