2019 RAC Championships Program - starts this Saturday
*Saturdays - Competition times as per normal - 8am warmup for 8.30am event start.
*Wed 31/7 - 1500m will be at 5.30pm, Hammer after that
*Wed 07/8 - Walks will be at 5.00pm, 3000m at 5.30pm, Masters Shot after that
