The AGM will be held at 8.15am this Saturday, 30th April at the start of our competition. Interest has been shown in many of the positions by both current position holders and new. We are still seeking a Secretary and Canteen Coordinator. We will also be looking for non-committee members in terms of a back-up registrar (meet results entering) and canteen assistants.
The Secretary is responsible for the club email account, collecting the mail (Palmerston postbox), updating the Facebook and blog (along with other committee members). meeting minutes (we do not hold many meetings so this is not a big task).
The Canteen Coordinator purchases the canteen supplies and runs the canteen on Saturday mornings.
Please have a think as to whether you will be able to take on the Secretary or Canteen Coordinator roles.
